After client finalizes the final candidate via interviews, a systematic salary check, academic verification as well as reference check will be followed up timely to make the offering and closing much smoother. After the candidate signed the offer letter and resigned from current company, we will also follow up with him to handover the job in hands professionally and start with the new job comfortably.
